canned tomatos last forever. i buy in bulk and never worry about spoilage. easier that way and i dont notice any difference in flavor
 
I mean no insult and while I'm not sure about others, I sure can tell the difference in flavor of fresh tomatoe VS canned, in any of my home made sauces.
 
Someone say EGGS? Looks yummiliscious, but where's the Onions, Oregano and Cumin? ha!
