I guess I'm in the right place since we all love hot peppers. Can't really say why it took me so long to join this group but i feel like I've come home.
Here's what happened this morning. I was making breakfast - a turkey burger with fried egg and jalapenos - and grab some hot sauce to finish it off. After taking 3 bites of the "breakfast sandwich" my mouth started to burn more than usual. I knew the 'extra' heat wasn't from the jalapenos, since I grow and can my own peppers. So I took a look at the bottle of hot sauce I had grabbed - a Christmas gift from my son and his girlfriend. Trinidad Scorpion chiles and vinegar were the only ingredients listed. Of course I had to check this out and that is how I got here to The Hot Pepper.
