Hey there everyone! I am Austin Gilbert from Louisiana. I am 25 and just grew my first peppers this summer. I have habanero, carribean red, 2 scorpion, Serrano, Tabasco, and jalapeno, banana, hungarian wax, and mammoth jalapenos growing with a few habaneros that have been harvest and about 15 smaller jalapenos that pack a punch!
I want to learn to make my own hot sauce and pepper jelly incorporating mainly fruit mixes like strawberry jelly or honey mango etc etc.
