Hello from CT!

Hello,

I just joined the site and am looking for advice on hot sauce, chili dishes, beverages and whatever else sounds good.

I have a crushed red pepper family business (www.salemmepepper.com) and have been growing my own peppers for 3 years now. I also like to play lacrosse and brew beer.

This year I grew Aji Limons, Piquins, Mulatos, and Bhut Jolokias.
Currently I have a lot of frozen Jolokias, Limons, and Piquins and am wondering how i will use them!
