Hi, I'm new. I've had an interest in chili peppers for a long time now and it has really peaked since I started cooking when I moved off to college a few years ago. I began incorporating peppers into my dishes and stews (mostly orange habaneros, serranos, hatch, and chili de arbol). I plan to get into growing and cooking with the superhots and maybe even eating them straight up one day! Anyways, I've enjoyed reading this forum the last couple of days. I hope to learn a lot here and just have a good time!
