Hello from Long Island

I have been growing hot peppers from seed for a few years. Decided last year to bump up the heat & grow super hots. Germination success was pretty poor( I think I may have to try the damp paper towel method next year), but I do have 2 Carolina Reapers! We had a very cool( sometimes cold) spring season here with a lot of rain & most plants just sat looking sad for quite a while. Finally, even though we are still getting some extreme up & down temperatures and weather, the plants are dark green & growing. Most of my plants are in raised beds except for the 'extras' which are in the ground. 47 total plants & though I want everyone to be a great producer, fingers crossed that we get a great fall so these reapers have enough time to produce. Looking forward to learning & seeing what everyone is doing.
