Just found this forum! the past few months have been my first attempts at making hot sauce. Started a garden this year growing Jalapenos, habaneros, devils tongue, and Carolina reaper! I've been making a variety of hot sauce with these peppers. Recently experimenting with lacto fermented peppers, and I think that needs work. All the fresh hot sauce I've made I have really enjoyed. My favorite is the devils tongue, really love the taste of that pepper.
