I started growing cayanne peppers several years ago to make hot sauce. By time my first batch was used up it just was quite hot enough anymore. The following year I planted habaneros. By the end of that batch of hot sauce, same thing. And so on.
This summer I grew 5 of worlds hottest peppers (dragon's breath was sold out though) and mixed with some cayenne and they are fermenting is the pantry right now. We'll see what I get...
Anyway, I've been lurking for years, pulling info from this forum so I thought I'd finally sign up.
This year I had also smoked some peppers for the hottest chipotle I've ever tried. Picture is a bag of them.
