Greetings... here we have a Caribbean Red, with extreme leaf bubbling. What do you guys think? It's in ProMix, has received two feedings of Fish/Seaweed, has been foliar fed Epsom twice since its transplant on 5/26, and one feeding of CalMag directly into the soil (1/2 strength). Any ideas appreciated.

Don't go overboard on the feedings and nutrients. You are doing what you need to do with the Cal-Mag and epsom salt. Give the little guy some time and they should straighten right up.

+1 on RT...give the nuits time to work their magic. Give them too much and you might get undesired results. From the looks of it, Epsom and Calmag should fix that issue right up.

There is too much ferts as said. Expecially nitrogen. that makes curvy leaves.
What's the N-P-K-ratio(nitrogen(N), phosphorus(P), and potassium(K))?

It should be like 16-9-22(optimal to chiles and bell peppers), as more potassium than nitrogen.

EDIT: Soil has some ferts itself and it's easy to overdose them. You'll need to find optimal balance with light and nutrients. Give 1 week only water to them and then add ferts carefully... More light->more ferts.
