HELP! Mold Problems!

Hi! Newbie here! Today I checked on my Pepper plants and found mold (or what I think is mold)! It's small and greenish and I need a solution.

Does any of you know what it is? Does it harm the plant? Do you know of any solutions? Also I found white fluffy mold on my herb's soil!

I need help on this one too. So far, it seems like it's not hurting the plants, but I just found out about this mold today. Any thoughts would be helpful! Thanks! ~Pizzapie500

Btw: how do you show pictures from flickr without posting a link?

First off let that soil dry out some

Chamomille tea is used as an antifungus/insecticide... also heard of peeps using spearmint tea. Only used the chamomille myself. :)

Your soil is WAY TOO WET. Also these in one of those greenhouse kits? I had issues with mold before growing it in a container and had it covered with cling wrap. Mold went away after I uncovered it. Put a fan on low for a bit. After a few days the smell and mold went away. The top of the soil dried up a bit and the rest of the plants starting popping up.

Chamomile works or you can use Hydrogen Peroxide, Goggle using hydrogen peroxide in the garden they have charts and mixing guides for garden use. works great.

yep. like others said, dont over water, try to get some air circulation to help. And i also use hydrogen peroxide in 3% form if i see a trouble spot on the soil.
