Been growing, eating, and enjoying peppers for decades. Nice site here, what took me so long? Anyway - favorite peppers are Poblanos for rellenos and of course ancho powder. Have been growing Thai peppers for years, love the Thai dipping sauces and Tom Yum soups along with various red and green curries made from these excellent peppers. Cholula is my favorite manufactured hot sauce... Pok Pok wings are my new standard for hot wings ..
