Anyone have a good Barbacue sauce recipe.
I've got lots of dried Habs and many hab and bhuts and carribean reds in freezer, and itching for a little warmer weather to start barbacueing. Also got a new electric smoker for Xmas i wanna try out soon. Just started my first seeds inside and looking to use up some peppers.
I could go the lazy way and buy a barbacue sauce and add peppers but that seems like cheating.
Looking for more of a thin marinade babbacue type sauce. Anyone ever try Chiavetta's marinade or sauces, looking for something along that line but HOT.
