Hot chile-reindeer pie

I won a pie-competition with this recipe ;)

Hot chile-reindeer Pie

DOUGH
1 1/4 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup ripened cheese
2 oz melted butter
1/3 cup some sour, un-flavoured yoghurt
1 tsp salt

STUFFING
1/2 lb cold-smoked reindeer(sliced to thin chips)
1/2 lb ripened cheese
2 oz Saint Agur blue-cheese
1 oz goat cheese
1 bell pepper
2 jalapenos
2 habaneros
2-4 tsp chipotle powder
1-2 sweet onion
1 cup un-flavouren yoghurt or double(thickened) cream
1 egg
1 pot chopped chives
provence herbs
basil and thyme to garnish

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.(about 200 celsius)

You need pie form with a diameter of 28cm. Stir together all dry ingredients.
Add butter. Granular mass of work, gradually increasing to a yogurt and prepare
dough into a ball. Line the pan with batter evenly over, poke holes in the bottom with a fork. Press the edges
a strip of aluminum foil so that the dough base holds its form.
Cook in the bottom of the oven for about fifteen minutes until you get some little color.

Prepare the stuffing by this time, put all together and mix. Pour stuffing on pre-heated dough.
Bake in 400-degree oven for half an hour, until the pie is clotted, and received a beautiful color to the surface.
Finish with fresh herbs before serving.

Ingredients include so much salt, so won't need more...
