A few weeks ago, we had a hot sauce tasting at work. Check out the hot sauces everyone brought. Surprisingly, the Mad Dog, which is made from Jalapenos, was the hottest. Probably because it had hot pepper extract.

It ain't all that hot but I really groove on the BoneSuckin sauce. Yucateco green is good too!

Have you ever tried both the green and the red right after each other??? I don't know if it was just me but I felt like the green blew the red sauce out of the water!!! Green was so much better!

never tried green/red side by side, but IMO green was a tad hotter & better flavor than red on the sole fact that the red has tomatoes in it (IMO tomatoes shouldn't be in hot sauce!)
