condiment Hot sauces from Mt Horeb Mustard Museum

A while back some friends from WI send me a glamorous box filled with hot sauces which they purchased at the Mount Horeb Mustard Museum (http://www.mustardweb.com/), and after having gone through the series, I thought I'd share my burnings.

The trials ...
Winner is without any doubt Dave's Gourmet Insanity Hot Sauce. Just thinking about it sets me in a blaze. Very fruity and excellent taste, but HHHOT. Tried a few drops on my sicilian neighbor. The poor guy ran for 10 minutes around the house with his tongue hanging out.
Definately my complements for the creator (http://www.davesgourmet.com/).

2nd place and close to the winner, Habanero Hot Sauce From Hell. Does not offer the rounded taste of the Insanity sauce, and hits you like a hammer.

3rd: Widow No Survivors Hot Sauce. Has a pretty neat taste, is hot, but the chile taste is hidden behind the other ingredients. Excellent with french fries and some mayo.

4th: Blair's After Death Sauce With Chipotle. Does not have enough expression for me and I assume that the different ingredients smack each other instead of teaming up.
