I must admit I am lazy and VERY impatient. The thought of waiting for a ferment makes me quiver. At this point in my life I want heat and I want it NOW.
Question= if I through a fist full of peppers and some vinegar, salt, maybe some fruit, into a blender and make about 2 cups of chunky sauce how long would it keep? Chances are I would tear it up in about a week anyway,but would it last a month or so?
