AJ started a thread just like this last year and I wanted to keep the tradition alive.

I have got 44 going with plans to start about 20 more before plant out. What about you?
 
This season I have over 500 plants with 212 different Varieties....there abouts, just couldn't help myself.
I keep telling myself that I will cut back next year....but probably won't
 
I am growing > 68 plants this year, mostly solo (1 per container) though I have some clustered for use in a windowbox. I'll thin some out, some will go to friends to plant on their property the rest are MINE!

Not sure of the quantities (never counted, will do that later) but heres my list

I'll probably have 100-150 pepper plants and a few dozen tomatos this year if everything works out as I hope
 
My initial planting was for 144 plants of 13 different varieties. My germination rates have been low on a couple items (particularly 7 Pots, Trinidad Scorpions, and Bonda ma Jacques), so I'm going to be sowing more chinense varieties soon. I'll also be planting some annuums at the end of the month, likely another 12 plants in 6 different varieties.

Trying to handle around 100 varieties at the moment. Say min 2 plants per variety = min 200 Pepper plants.
All being grown in pots and hand watered too:shocked:

I was planning on about 15 plants but only 7 varieties but I will probably have about 25 plants and 14 varieties. Most of my backyard garden will be tomatoes and potatoes but also include green beans, carrots, onions, lettuce, basil and cucumbers.

If all seeds germinate I'll have 20 varieties of chiles. Might be a couple more - I just got to have at least one jalapeno, right? I'll probably keep more than one plant of each so my "limit" of 30 chileplants is broken...
