I won an auction from Texas hot peppers, harvested seeds for a day, spent all day yesterday whipping up some sauce and a jar of mixed chocolates and carmels pepperguru style!
I used different ratios of vineger to peppers and labeled them to see what I like. I was going for something like Tabasco but hotter. Tried a jar of 5 to 1 last night on these chicken fingers
Browned the chicken then added a half of a stick of butter and a pint of sauce and cooked it down, smothered in homemade blue cheese dressing.
