Not sure what this is. This is an over wintered orange scotch bonnet. It's just in regular potting soil I believe. A new plant this year has this slightly but the spots are much smaller and it is in pine fines/peat moss/perlite. Ive been feeding both Neptune's harvest and tomato tone on alternating weeks. Typical Cincinnati weather, long weeks of rain including heavy down pours followed by scorching hot dry periods. Some of my tomatoes have what I think is a light case of septoria if that could be past along?
