Cumin, coriander, ginger, garlic, Yellow pod, Dilly's Chilli rust , soy sauce and honey. The dough has a mix of white and brown flour, sea salt, water, olive oil , and yeast. I used Korean chili flake in the mix. You can find them in American supermarkets.
