I just posted a wonderful recipe for Curry Goat on my profile, when I registered today. It was given to me by a woman who owns a Jamaican restaurant in White Plains, NY. My husband's Jamaican & says it's the best Curry Goat he's ever had. Don't have to use goat. Can use beef or pork. Check it out.
