insects?

My bellaforma pepper is acting weird.
Is it damage from a sucking insect?
The bellaforma is a chinense and none of my annuums have any damage.
I thought chinenses were more resistant against insects...

Its possible, but it looks like a bit of over fertilization. The areas of the leaves showing a dark green, raised areas leads me to think this, but I could be wrong. Have you fertilized recently?  Can you see any bugs? Perhaps under the leaves?

I can't find any bugs.
The leaves were like that after the first night I kept the lights on.
Can that be the cause?

What's the distance between the lights and the top of the plants? It's hard to tell by the picture, but to me it looks like a light burn.
