Is this normal?

The seeds toward the end of my peppers seem to be rotting or something, although the outside looks perfect. This is the case with the Yellow Hungarian Wax in the photo as well as my Pepperocini. What causes this and is it normal?

Normal, I have noticed this with many of my frozen habaneros, doesn't bother me, I still put the seeds into my curry pastes...
Not sure why exactly this happens though.
