Haha, I was wondering if you were prepared to spread that on toast and have it with some coffee.  It would never occur to me to glaze meat with this, but that makes such good sense!
 
I made a mango and yellow brain strain jelly last year.  I still have people here hitting me up to make more.  But this year  i'm making a peach rhubarb with carolina reaper jam.  The  other was a jelly.  Went great on cream cheese with crackers, or on a bagel or my favorite an english muffin.  My buddy jeph was putting it on monte cristo sandwiches at the bakery he works at.
