Comes to us courtesy of E.Z. Earl. On the bottle of both of his sauces, I quote: "Shelf life unopened is 4 years. Refrigerate and use within 6 months after opening."

The only way it would last 4 years on my shelf is if I get killed in a car (or lab) accident soon.
