Pan seared scallops..bahahahahaahha next time I'll put an umbrella and hula chick for the fruity foo foo factor. His plating picture was awesome but I like my seafood to speak to me and not too fond of getting fancy.
Thank you for the ongoing generosity of your contests man, so happy I finally won and am able to try these powders I keep hearing so much about (especially the Thai blend). Have been wanting to place an order for a while now but still buying lights, shelves and seeds for next years big grow and all extra funds have been going there.
