Thanks, I really need to get out and do a proper update but it is just too hot!
Haha - i know the feeling, going outside in the insane heat and humidity actually puts me off checking out my plants certain days. Even though the plants love the heat, i wish it was back to 70 outside with a nice breeze :)

That and the freaking mosquitos, getting bit the second you walk outside is not cool - even with 99% DEET.

Came for the photo skills and stayed for plants!  You really have a great variety, I especially like the Thai varieties you have growing.  What is the story on the mystery whine?

Thanks! So the mystery wine is a plant that just showed up last year. I had 3 of them in fact, 3 red and 3 chocolate. They are not a super hot but fresh and powdered they were amazing! I am just hoping since I had 3 plants with the color that I get them again this year and can grow them until stable.

Here they are with the chocolates.

Glad to see you posting, how about this heat wave! Thanks on the pods, hoping it continues. Looking forward to trying so many new types this season.

Thank you, I seem to have some gnarly ones this season and this is the first round. I wonder what will happen as the season wares on!

That deep red with the chocolates is a gorgeous color!
That my friend is what we call my mystery wine! So crazy that all 3 have their own wonderful flavor but the wine is unreal. I wish I had overwintered it. :(

An overview update of our small space grow...

Super hots - all of these went into the ground weeks before the square foot super hots. They were all raised from seed at same time. Next year might end up being all square foot!

Hi Chris
It looks like the hot weather after all that rain has lit the fuse and your chiles are poised to explode. Really nice pod shots! I feel your pain regarding the hot weather... our yard is brown and brittle now. The sun is in and out today, and hopefully we'll get some rain too, but it's only a 50/50 proposition...
