Everything looks great! Your Chocolate Brain Strains have me excited for mine...which has just started setting pods. I'm growing Cappy's version this year and I hope to get ahold of some of Judy's seeds for next year. Is that a Wartryx that's super gnarly? Keep up the great work!

thanks, i'm excited about them too. i got them from peppergeekfarms

nope no wartyx for me. i think those are scotch brains that are gnarly. gotta get those brain genetics lol. i also have naga brains

I'm going to have to try biquinhos next year. I'm growing their sister the chupetinho this year and it is an absolutely insanely prolific little plant. Just pulled off first batch today and bout to try pickling them tomorrow.

So do your biquinhos have any heat at all? Also do they taste the same as the chupetinhos just no heat?

Looking good lots of pods in your future.

ok switched to the masterblend tomato this afternoon hopefully we see less veg growth and more fruiting.

can't wait for the paper lanterns, skipped them last year and really missed em.

Love the grow man. Very impressive and inspiring all the way through :)
Inspired me to finally build my shelves and get myself into gear! Got my rolls of 5630s, shelves are nearly built and I'm getting ready to roll.

The plants not loving 90s is worrying though... a week of 35-40c/95-105f is not uncommon here in summer. I'm going to have to  do something about that.

Just spectacular!

I'm with ya on the watering. I tried the method of letting them establish deep roots, they just won't do it when in the full Tejas sun. I can only hit them when I get home from work. 8 more weeks of intense heat here max.

consider one of those battery operated hose faucet solenoid/timers.

evern if you dont want to shell out for a dripper system... just running one of those curtain sprinklers a few times a day will help.

shade cloth still king though.

Thank you for a great glog/grow.
Time for me to start here on the southern tip of Africa.

I do have a question , but have to take you back 6 months if you don't mind.
Pregermination; in your small deli containers , the moisture and heat is the most important for germination I gather.
But , do you also put it under lights to develop the coties.?

light doesn't matter at that point. some might even say no light is better as it will make them stretch more so they are easier to plant. the constant moisture and warmth are the most important like you said.

Pregerm is great for small scale but i have stopped doing it as it is too much extra work when growing thousands of plants.
