just a quick note to throw my sauces into the ring of fire that is the chilli world.

DEMONIC TONIC

This is the scorcher of the bunch! Combining Bhut Jolokia, Red Habanero peppers, lemon passionfruit and pineapple this is not one for the faint hearted! A little will go a hell of a long way!

HABANGO

This is a very popular sauce that combines the sweetness of fresh Mango with the floral & citrus sting of the Habanero pepper.
Perfect for everything from eggs to hotdogs and is fantastic as a marinade for chicken wings.

BIRDS BLOOD

the perfect BBQ sauce!! this sauce is sweet death! apples, tomatoes, birds eye chilli and worcestershire make this a fantastic sauce for all your red meats and is perfect as marinade!
