KZ's (New Guy) 2010 Patch

Hi, all,

Dunno if this is worth bragging about, but I'll try :)

Raised-bed patch, I've got a couple of toms and other cherries in some containers.

The beds just as the sun peeks over the roof behind the camera:

I planted densely/closely-spaced for a lot of foliage cover over the fruit. Seems to be working, the plants are lush and growing taller competing. These are mostly pepperoncini here, with some Hot Cherry, Big Jim, one de Padron and a vigorously-competing Red Bell:

Lush Pepperoncini foliage and a bunch of fruit waiting for the pickling brine:

One (of many) Big Jim and Anaheims (this Big Jim is pretty big... about 7" long, 1.5"dia). You can just see it along the RH side of the raised-bed divider:

More pods/foliage from the 'other side'. Pimento Elite (for Paprika) and a couple of Yolo Wonder pods in there (with a ton more budding):

That's it for this morning. Thanks for letting me show off a little.

Nice looking crop, good job on the pics. No superhotties in there. That's rare for this group! Those Big Jims are very tasty, especially when they are red ripe.

Welcome from Nth Queensland Au. Awesome looking crop, well worth the bragging rights! Good luck with the rest of the season.

Oh and look after those lady bugs too!!

Great looking plants and planting beds! Definitely worth sharing, and welcome!
