Made a sauce today with some of my frozen chile's.
I used
3 Naga mo's 2 Fatalli's 1 Hab 1 J.R.S.Bonnet and a few
Tabasco's destemmed but not deseeded.
A couple of carrots some garlic some onion 3 Orange red bell peppers lemon juice pickling salt sugar water white vinegar.
I grilled all the peppers onions garlic and carrots for a few minutes.When I 1st started it was wayyyyyyyyyyy hot so I added
more of the bell peppers to tweak it.I wanted a sauce that had
a somewhat long burn good flavor but not too much of a burn so it can be used alot not the omg its too hot type of sauce
came out pretty good IMO
