Leaf burn what do i look for?

Hi all, My seedlins are looking a little bit burnt :mouthonfire: . i am using a small cfl lamp 14 hours a day and Chilli focus once a week. i guess what my question is is the burn Chemical or caused by the light. Any help would be appreciated.

Likely fertilizer burn, stick with water for a couple of weeks and see how the new growth looks. They're probably a little small for weekly full strength feeding.

Thank you for the advice Raelacea. i was giving them a weak mixture of 4ml to 10 liter, but will lay off till they get a bit bigger!
