Leaves drying

Hello!

I recently transplanted some seedlings from under the dome to under my led lights.

And all the plants shows these same symptons (some more then others).

The leaves are drying and turning a light brown golden yellow... but its happening really slowly.

Top layer inch is sand, read it dries faster and prevent gnats from going in the soil.
Even my coriander plant i transplanted 2 days ago has some dried leaves. (no sand for this one)

Area is set at 18.5 celsius (65.3F) and there a baseboard right next to the plants.
Affected plants are reapers, habanero chocolate and coriander (cilantro).
My costa rican red rocoto seems of, shows very little sign of this...

What could cause this? Transplant shock? Damaged roots? Temps? Soil?

Thanks for your help!!

Links to my google hosted pictures, cant seem to hotlink with the image function of this board...?

The light is at about 14 inch of the plants and i usually water only the soil and not the leafs.

Baseboard is close but not enough to burn the leafs(imo), my mint and basil plants are just as close and not affected.

Took a soil temp reading and was around 59F, is that too cold?

I placed the habanero chocolate back under the dome but still in its new pot to see if it can help, temp should be higher.

Tried raising the room temp to 19c (66.2f)

do the undersides of the leaves have anything on them?

do you smoke?

is the soil from salty area? are you using lots of ferts derived from salts?

No we dont smoke.
Soil was a seedling potting mix with stable PH. Did water with some fertilizer but did not water the coriander with that and leaves are drying aswell.

Really thinking its the temp, i placed the plants closer to the light, should help make them a little warmer.
If this doesnt cut it, i will makeshift a tent of some sort...

For years ive been saying that we should save on heating and keep temps in the house quite cool during the winter... Now its ok to bring the heat up for the hot pepper!
I will get tons of grief from the wife if keep raising room temperature!!!  :hot:
