For that kind of do-re-mi I don't doubt it. We buy our beef and pork and chicken from the local farmers, the beef and pork we have processed by a butcher friend. I don't have the facilities.

We have a hard time choking down store bought anymore. Doesn't taste right, especially the chicken.
 
Nachos are one of top leftover candidates. Roast pork, chicken, beef...heck its all great on nachos, tacos and quesadillas. Leftover beef or pork bulgogi (Korean BBQ)rocks on a soft taco with the right sauce.
 
I don't know if making your own roast beef = leftovers. :P :P

Sure it does if that sat in the fridge at least one night. :D
 
For instance, ive got a piece of really rare cooked ribeye in the fridge right now. I cooked it the other day but it was too big for me to finish. How i forgot about it eludes me atm but its going on something today.
