Delivered before the end of the month is most definitely possible, although I would probably go with the Air Mail, as people who bought from with that form of shipping received their seeds a bit quicker. I think it has something to do with the Air Mail going off the plane and to the postal service, rather then wait to be registered by the system like the Registered Mail.
