Let's make some sauce :)

I got my first harvest last week, so I decided to give those peppers a good use :)

Jalapeno sauce with avocado:

6 green jalapenos
1 avocado
3 pieces of garlic
1 sweet pepper
1 onion
apple cider vinegar, some sugar and salt
a little bit of lime juice

Chopped all the ingredients, cooked them and simmer for 5 -10 minutes. Put them in a food processor, added a lime juice at the end, mixed it and that's it.

Pepper mix with blueberries:

10 hot peppers (3 peach habaneros, 3 jalapenos, 1 jolokia, 1 cayenne, 2 purira)
1 big onion
2 tomatoes
3 carrots
5 pieces of garlic
handful of blueberries
some vinegar, salt and sugar, with lime juice (again) at the end

First i roasted whole pieces of garlic and sliced carrots, then I chopped other ingredients, put them all in a pot and slowly cooked in for twenty minutes. Added vinegar, salt and suger, simmer a bit. After that mixed it in a food processor.

Jalapeno sauce made out good, but the other one is even better :)
My wife likes them, that's a good sign :D

I also made some pickled peppers, mostly following this recipe:

Only with cayenne peppers I used a piece of horse radish, and no bay leaves and garlic.
