Here's mine to start:


I make salad. I eat lettuce. It's good for your phsychy.

Tossed Iceburg with Tillamook Sharp Cheddar.
Diced leftover Prime Rib.
Avacado
Black Olives
Tomato
Pickled Peño Wheels

Topped with Blue Cheese dressing, Croutons and some African pepper juju dust and Black pepper.

I'm a big fan of all sorts of greens, but one of the best lettucey things I've had is a quarter head of iceberg with good blue cheese dressing and bacon bits. I thought they were kidding when I got handed that at a decent restaurant, but man, that was great. Easy to make at home, too!
 
When I had access to Sam's Club, I'd get a big tub of blue cheese crumbles and mix them about half and half with blue cheese dressing. It became correct.
 
I need to stop posting.
