Light Q - Envirolite 125w 6400k

Hi Everyone, I have an Envirolite 125w 6400k lumen grow light, could anyone estimate the number of plants this lamp will be suitable for?

CFL lights are normally used for propagation & vegetative growing, especially at 6400k.

so when you say how many plants ... Are you talking about starting from seed? Or are your plants already established and you want to keep them growing over the winter, or were you asking if there is enough light for actual peppers to grow? A little more info and you will get a bunch of responses.
 
I was thinking using them till mid spring till the plants can go outside, unless the light is suitable for fruiting? Is it possible to hold the fruit off for that long if I start them soon?
