Light question ?

I have a vitalume 125w full spectrum warm (2700k) bulb in a batwing reflector. Is this ok for seedlings ? Im having yellowish leaves and leaf fall off. Just wondering if the light might b the problem. Thanks

Generally, you want to use 6500k bulbs for seedlings. Although, I have seen threads in the past where folks use a 2100k HPS from seed and there weren't any problems. How far do you have the light away from the seedlings? If it's a CFL, as I'm assuming it is, you'll want it about 2-4 inches from the tops.

Also, what kind of soil you got 'em in?

If i was growing indoors in a grow tent what light would be the best option,a bad boy t5 ho or go with a 400w mh/hps fixture ? Thanks
