Just finished making some hot sauce with pinapple tonight, works great in BBQ sauce as well. I use both pinapple and carrots as a base, onion and garlic, pepper mash, chipolte superhots, lime and clementines, brown sugar, vinegar and water. Ran the smoker all day with jalapenos in the morning and superhots in the afternoon. All hot sauces look the same after blended a pumpkin color when using pinaapple as the base. Your woozie of pain looks very hot and tasty.

Iam going to try a hot sauce using my habs and pinapple here soon. Most of the hot peppers in my garden i am going to ferment, but need to make hot sauce to hold me over until all that is complete. Most of my jalapenos i can. Do yall have a good hot sauce recipe for jalapenos or if i smoked them then how to mix up a tasty batch of sauce for about anything?
