Derail Oct 30, 2014 #1 I was wondering if anyone has tried making a sauce with Green Carolina Reapers before. The plants are loaded, and aren't going to make it much longer. I hate to see the peppers just go to waste. I prefer to ferment my sauces, but I am looking for ideas.
