I got lazy and didn't make it to the store so I made cabinet fajitas. 
 
Ribeyes cut from a whole rib roast burning on the Lodge griddle seasoned with coriander, garlic, onion, chili and S&P. The onions went on before the steaks to flavor the flattop.

That's a can of Trappey's pinto beans and jalapenos next to Spanish rice kicked up with taco seasoning and everything topped with Warrantman's  Aggravated Assault.
