Confession: I'm going to brew primarily with dry yeast, for every style where it's possible to do so effectively ...

queequeg152 Nov 24, 2016 #5 whats wrong with dry yeast that would require a "confession"? it just takes longer... hell half the brews require these massive starters anyway. might as well use yeast packets in the first place.
