Mary Sharp's

I got a box set of her stuff from a friend who just got back from
Beliz
1.Fiery hot habanero
2.Nopal green habanero
3.hot habanero
and
4."Belizian Heat" looking forward to this one as it says on the bottle must be strong to handle this sauce, and to "Do not play tricks on the weak or elderly wit this sauce "
cool...
So havent tasted them yet will report back when I do.
I love the straight mexican/carribeam habanero sauces generally so I'm looking forward to these.

yep tasted them they not bad bit salty for me I think I still prefer el yuceteco stuff.
The belizean Heat wasn't as hot as I had thought. in its ingrediants it says it has pepper mash and cap oil so I was expecting alot hotter, still not a bad table sauce.
the Nopal Green Habanero sauce was by a stretch the worst tasting, I really didn't like that one kinda too salty and bitter.

I've only had 2 of their sauces - habanero hot sauce & the orange pulp habanero sauce. the hot hab was decent. the orange pulp hab sauce was great for flavor though not extreme heat.

I had the fiery hot habanero hot too long ago(or at least I think that was the one, it was carrot based). It could have been a lot hotter, but was still damn tasty.
