Last season's crop of Caribbean Reds has left little room in our freezers for little Luigi's frozen “Bosom Nectar ” ... he's 3 months

So after getting some of Judy's delicious powders ...

I decided to buy a dehydrator (Nesco 700 watt) and a small coffee grinder ... and try my hand at it ...

125 F and 48 hrs later:

A big freezer bag of frozen whole peppers reduced to ... one serious bag of "Devil's Blow"
