pests Minute brown bugs found only in stamen

Hi Guys,

Been a while since I posted last. I've found small brown bugs in the stamen of the chili flowers. I'm not 100% but I don't believe these to be aphids because there are very few and far between and I can't seem to find any anywhere on the leaves of stems of the plants.


Would they be aphids, if not any ideas on what they are?

Could be a couple things but without pictures, it is very hard to say.

that seems to be where the aphids hang out on my plants, either right on the stamen or on the base of the flower near the stalk. This year mine have been brown, last year they were green, next year i hope for purple so they are easy to spot lol.
