I plan on growing the Bishop's Hat next season Judy. I'm sure you have eaten them. What are they like? How much heat do they have? How sweet are they? I ask because along with my super hots I want to grow a few varieties that have very little to no heat for my friends and family that can't take the heat.

They are great eating pepper the sides are not hot at all
The center is kinda hot very sweet pepper
