I been messin around using different vinegars seeing i never done it before. I made one using all chocolate peppers and worchester sauce and cider vinegar. With the red i used red wine and white, the yellow i used rice and white the green i used cider and lime juice. And i use food coloring to brighten it up for looks makes it appealing. Being you start eating with your eyes first
