overwintering My new winter set-up

Here is my new set up for my overwinter project now if I can keep the aphids down I should have a good winter.

Here is my Naga Jolokia that I am keeping. Would have been much bigger if the wind had not blown the pot over and broke off a huge section of the plant.

Here are the other plants I am overwintering as soon as I can score some soil I will transplant the cups into pots.

What kind of lights are those? I have been wanting to grow plants in doors and been wanting to know what kind of lights to use.

Looks like plain 'ol shop lights to me.

IDK what color temp bulbs he's got, I'd guess 4100K ?

Yes they are shop lights have three different colored bulbs used this set up a few years ago planted peppers day after christmas and and was picking pods while they were still under the lights there is a bit of leave drop on the lower stems but so far this has worked great for me the plants under the lights are doing far better than the ones in the southern facing window.
