My plants are not looking good

Three days ago i moved some of my 3 months old plants into the garden. They are in a position where the sun is direct for about 5 hours a day. It is very hot at the moment but some of the plants are gone kind of golden leaves which turns into white.
Not looking very healthy - any suggestions?
thank you

Were they outside while in the pots?? If they were outside it sounds to me like some transplant shock.

Though the white makes me think sunburn which would be more the case had they been indoors coming out...or really shady spot going to direct sun.

One leaf is all it needs to keep going.

The white sounds like sunburn. Try shading them with camo-net or shade screen for a few days and then acclimate them slowly. It helped me out alot here in Arizona after I burned several of mine. They will bounce back after a week or two.
